Our SUP Pilates class under the guidance of our coach Lorena Beitia, is a one hour water class, based on the principles of Pilates (Breathing, Core, Control, Precision and Concentration.

When doing Pilates in the water the work intensifies and helps to restructure the body by enhancing its coordination and good posture habits.

Cost: $35 per person, per session (Duration: Approximate 1 1/2 Hours) - Equipment Included

Members Cost: $25 per person, per session (Duration: Approximate 1 1/2 Hours) - Equipment included
